Delivery and Returns

All plants ordered through Chelsea Direct are dispatched with Yodel 48-hour tracked delivery to ensure they arrive safely and can be monitored every step of the way. Please allow 2–3 working days for our team to carefully prepare and dispatch your order before it leaves us. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

If there is any issue with your delivery or if your plant arrives damaged, please contact us by phone as soon as possible on 01582 873707. Our team will be happy to help and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.
